1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Auxx Music Group's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership Services

AMG Membership includes:

  • Artist profile on The Collective page (subject to approval)
  • Monthly 60-minute coaching/feedback call with AMG Founder Louis Sterling
  • Quarterly compilation submission opportunities
  • Feature on the Auxx Music app
  • Community Discord access
  • Industry resources and templates

3. Membership Approval

Membership purchase grants access to AMG services. However, inclusion on The Collective page is subject to review. AMG reserves the right to approve or decline artist profiles based on musical alignment with our vision. Declined applicants will receive a full refund within 14 days.

4. Subscription & Billing

Memberships are billed monthly ($49 CAD/month) or annually ($490 CAD/year). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days

5. Coaching Services

Coaching calls must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Missed calls without 24-hour notice cannot be rescheduled. Coaching advice is provided for educational purposes and does not guarantee specific results.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all music and content you submit. By creating a profile, you grant AMG a non-exclusive license to display your artist name, bio, images, and links on our website and promotional materials. You may revoke this license by deleting your profile or canceling your membership.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Upload content that infringes on others' rights
  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Harass other members or AMG staff
  • Attempt to access others' accounts

8. Termination

AMG reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership for violation of these terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

AMG provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
